Another stupid generic error

PTW won't start. When I double-click the PTW icon, the opening thingy comes up, but then nothing happens. It worked two hours ago, too.

And of course, you've tried rebooting, or reinstalling?

Yes... Tried the usual...

It's fixed. My theory is that a system foible of chance distribution made it not work once. Then, when I reinstalled, I never patched the game. That made it not work.

Million holes in my theory, though.
