And it would make MPPs more meaningful. One nations specializes in buildng the units while the rest pay to use the units. More tech generated and allows specilization.

Whoooah this is getting complicated!!!, na just kidding its not complicated at all. but you are right sir_shwick, and that is actually a pretty good idea, and if you couple that with being able to trade units for technologies then both civs that have the MPP can both become very powerful CIVs without much effort what so ever.

Yay for really powerful civs really quickly, and for the possibility of actually having an ally that can do something useful for you in a mutual protection pact.
