Another weird religious victory trigger report

version 1.0.0.26
As the thread name states, religious victory triggers strangely.
My strategy was to settle a lot of cities, convert them into my religion and gift them to AI
That didn't trigger RV even though obviously a majority of AI's cities were following my religion
Then out of nowhere I got the victory screen around turn 183-ish. I loaded auto-save of turn 181 (attached) and tried to reproduce it but I couldn't. Anyway, couple of turns later I got victory sceen again before turn 186 (attached)
Can anyone reproduce it?

That's a clever way of winning the religious victory. I'm gonna try it this weekend and see if I can reproduce your bug. My cultural victory seemed to trigger a few turns late too.
