Ansar's Missing "Combo" City Sets

Took the Asian combo-set and split it into two (ordinary and walled) before converting them to pcx-files. I haven't tested them in-game, though. Been years since last time I fiddled with pcx-files, so I may have become a little rusty. If they do work, I'll convert the rest (5 sets, right?). Just let me know.

Ozy... if no one has those City Sets, the images are there and they could be used. Copy the Set Images then make palettes.
Were you looking for any of those sets specifically?

All (I'm greedy :D ) Recall my severely challenged gfx ability. I actually installed Photoshop Elements 9 for this (loooong ago ...) and my eyes glazed over almost immediately when I started reading the directions, ergo ... "palettes? (Seriously!)

Ah, Dear Fellow, (1) glance at my reply to Kind Vuldacon above, and (2) per Group Consensus, I just ordered C3 Complete from Amazon, so can only twiddle my fingers until it arrives from a 3rd party vendor. (and the "views on the file should have changed to "1" as I just d/l-ed it :hmm:

Ozy... Here are the Ansar Combined City Sets.
Jorsalfare... the Palette is not correct that you uploaded. Edit... it is OK.
Note: The cities structures are not exactly aligned from ancient to modern but I did try to align the Asian Walls with the Non Walled ancient cities.
You will need to Rename the pcx files to the normal city set names for use such as rASIAN.PCX and ASIANWALL.PCX

Not correct? The last index is purple, and the four preceding the last are not used (they are black not cyan, but that doesn't matter as long as they're not used in the image). The colormap should be identical to the colors in the gifs - except I moved the purple to index #255 (the last). This should mean that all the colors are present. Could you perhaps enlighten me in what the problem is with the colormap?

Thanks Jorsalfare and Vuldacon,

I was trying to use the pictures myself as base for city graphics, but failed to do so successful.

Jorsalfare... You are correct, the Palette is OK for the Combined Asian2.zip you posted. At a glance, I thought the transparency colors were misplaced but the light blue color looked like the Green that is normally placed next to the Magenta at the end of the palette.

Ozy... You are Welcome.
