I ask because I'm stuck in an unending peace treaty at 950 AD, and the only way I know to get out of it is a nuclear weapon. Which is obviously a long way away.
I just want one nuke I can detonate somewhere on the edge of enemy territory (probably out to sea) that will break the treaty and allow me to kick off the war I've been planning for like 50 turns. . .
