I've seen concept art and/or leaderheads for every other new civ except Theodora. Did I just miss her?

The only sight of Theodora has been in part two of the demo, where the diplomacy screen is glanced at - her small icon is there. I've attached the image, but it's by no means a good, clear view of what she'll look like when interacting with her.

I didn't think I'd missed it, I've been pretty attentive. Strange that they haven't shown us a bit more of her or the Byzantines yet.

It does look to me like they may have based Theodora on this painting of her.

That would be awesome!

I really love the concept art pictures. Gustavus looks awesome (as well as Boudica's CA). It would be thrilling to see all concept art photos of the nine new leaders.

Is she at the Hippodrome in that painting? That would be an interesting setting for her.

They must be really proud of the Theodora model they have done in order to save it for last.

Could just be a coincidence. Although I notice they haven't really spoken a lot about Byzantium. There was the religion screen that gave some hints of the ability, there was the mention of Theodora when talking about espionage, and there was the mention of the Dromon while talking about units. They haven't really just talked about Byzantium.

True, and to be honest I actually despise the color scheme, I always though Theodora would match a dark red color instead of the one they have given Byzantium, even Grey like Justinian had (but we have way too many grey nations anyways) in Civ 4.

The color of the civ generally isn't associated with a particular leader. While I would have gone red and purple, I'll admit the blue and purple actually looks better when seen together than when I just saw the blue on screen (which seemed like it didn't fit).

I think Rob has really found something with that Benjamin Constant painting. It seems to match colors and shape of the blurry thumbnail, and, in my opinion, would make for a unique and attractive diplomatic screen.

It also does a good job of showing Byzantine luxury.

I would have liked a more religious background but it's difficult to have both Byzantine decadence and Byzantine piety represented at the same time.

Well, it will depend on how the Leader Screen will be actually shown. Bouddica and Maya both share a lot of the colors in their color scheme, and in Vanilla, Songhai, Rome, England, and few others share it too.

We have some new art of Theodora. It's the achievement artwork for winning as Byzantium, which features Theodora. It's not much but at least a new hint at what she'll look like and it seems to have some similarities to the painting by Benjamin Constant which Rob posted.
