Any good way to get Python on Windows?

Windows 10 that is.

I'd like Python version 2.7, but I'm willing to compromise on that

I'd also need some packages, including numpy, matplotlib, math etc.

If I can't get this on windows, I'd prefer not having to make a partition to run linux, but if there's an easy way to set up a virtual machine that'd be okay.

So do anyone have any (free and preferably easy) way to get all this?
 
What's the problem? Go to official website, download win package and install it.
