Any mod to remove modern architecture?

Is it possible for Rome to have only medieval style architecture in late game same for Aztec Egypt etc. and modern glass for Brazil USA Canada etc.

IIRC what I've read about city art, it's hard to do in a mod that will stay compatible with other mods.
