Any new patches on the way?

Has anyone heard of new patches on the way for Civ 3 Complete? I'm still experiencing fairly frequent crashes when I am in the advisor menus, and it would be nice to not worry about it every time I want to make a trade or move my research slider. I've already downloaded the previous patch, and things are working a little better, but not quite enough. Anyone? Please?
