any pcx eidtors for windows 10

hey I'm looking for a pcx editor that's on win 10 so I can add the View attachment ziggurat.zip can you you help me

1. This really belongs in the Creation & Customization forum.
2. If you're looking for a graphics/image editor then GIMP is a good, free one that can handle most Civ graphics. There's also Adobe Photoshop & Corel Paintshop Pro that you can buy, which offer more features.
3. If this is related to your other question in the C&C forum about adding buildings, the only thing you'll need an editor for is to copy+paste the large and small "buildings" pcx files to the buildings-large and buildings-small files located in your mod's City Screen folder. GIMP would work fine for that.
