I don't understand this at all.I have a machine that can do all manner of wonderous things, yet they stick a crappy clock that runs a hour slow per week.
Whats up with that?

You got a defective or aged motherboard, I guess. IIRC, the system clock is set by the clock on the m/b. My few-months old PC is showing the time quite accurately, up to the minute. :)

Since I never bother setting my clock, it is ten minutes fast but it does stay at that time...

Mine it`s always ten minutes late. The poroblem is every time I try to set it right it comes back ten minutes. I would say it kind of works. :crazyeyes

My clock has the right date but the wrong day damm clock die :rocket:rocket:rocket:rocket:rocket

I used to have the same problem -and as I'm obsessed with time, it used to drive me nuts. Then one day I ran across this program that set your computer clock exactly in tune with the military atomic clock. Every time you connect with the internet, it requests the exact time from the atomic clock.

I'll try and find you a download link.

My clock shows the right time... moscow time that is... Whenever I try to set it to Israel time it comes back to moscow.

Maybe I'll build myself an atomic clock - It'll give me the right time and my pet uranium something to do... hehehe *evil laughter*
:satan:

I think one of my programs is causing it and I think its Civ3.Don't ask me how...I don't really want to know:eek:.I played for 2 hours last night and when finished my clock was 2 hours behind!!..it stopped during the entire civ3 session or so it would seem.
