with the following ingredients:
1. Huge map (like Carter's-18/24 civs actual world)
2. Full tech tree (includes everything from Next War0
3. Allows Advanced starts
4. Lets me pick my leader and put him in the country I want (ie. I like playing Roosevelt, I like the UB's and UU's, but I would like him to start in China or Spain)
Anyone know of something that would work for me?
