Anyone up for a succession game?

Count me in too, on the next round, or the one thereafter. I'm a classic builder type. I try to get through the game without firing a shot. I've been playing since Civ 1 came out. I'm pretty good at Civ2 and excellent at SMAC (Morgan ROCKS!!), but I'm lame at Civ3, since I have to change tactics somewhat without abandoning my extremely peaceful nature. I play as the Zulus all the time, but very peaceful and science-oriented. The reason that I want to play on the round after the next one is that it'll give me time to improve my game. Otherwise, you'll be stuck with my excellent writing skills describing how whacked and lame I was during my turn.

How about starting off a completly different succesion game for the people on this thread who want to be on the next one.
This way you dont have to wait for one of littleravens players to drop out for the next one.
After all there is no limit to the amount of succesion games that can be carried out.
If someone picks up on this let me know and count me in!

Yeah i love to start with a scientific race so i can get iron working and swords men early on.
Little Raven sent me an e mail suggesting i start a game off but my pc is currently banjaxed. it should be ok by the end of the weekend. I suggested he start it off but if he wants he can leave to someboy else.
There are now 6 people available to play (I think).

As i said I like scientific but expansionist is also great for getting early techs. So so far the Russians are my favourite civ.
Probaly best to do an randomciv.
What the other settings are doesnt bothar me provided the map is standard or higher. Everybody else say what they like, and sort it out from there.
Also post what the succesion game rules should be.

Hoping it isn't to late...
I still havent had a shot on CIV 3 but Im planning on using this weekend to get some experience... Im a hardcore civer though, so Im hoping that my experience from Civ2 will count for some
I finally got my hands on a copy yesterday, got it from my girlfriend as a Birthday-present Thats my GIRL
, after almost going bananas in the wait for the European release
I guess Im kind of a builder and Im really excited about the new cultural-victory option! Hopefully all you warmongers out there, need an administrator that can rebuild the empire after all your exhausting wars...
AND: Being from Norway, Im one of the few around with some practical experience of how to run a monarchy
