6 eco from all APETO members over the course of the next 3 turns
This money will go to rebuilding of Russia and once the Russian economy is stable and working it will be able to contribute to the APETO projects.

Malaysia pledges to provide aid to the CER once we complete aiding Thailand. I believe that Malaysia and NKE are the two most responsible for rebuilding Thailand.

Also, we would like to propose the usage of the Barney teams available to clear nuclear pollution in Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur.

Thailand has just been devastated by war, and does not have the money to fund the CER's projects, in fact, Thailand is requesting economic aid from APETO members.

South Vietnam point blank refuses to give any eco to the "Communist Scum", and is considering leaving APETO now that the "Communists have taken it over, and are clearly using us as their vassal states".

Ladies and Gentlemen, we are here to do buisness. If APETO does not wish for Russia to join, I will leave right away, for our part we are willing to negotiate the terms on which Russia could become a member of APETO.
First of all there will be no change in the Russian government, thats for sure, no question about it.
Second of all, seeing how APETO members are not willing to pay for the Russian reconstruction Russia will not be providing technologies to APETO
And Finally, seeing how Russia is unable to pay, she will be exempt from the payments to APETO projects.

South Vietnam asks why the CER needs APETO technology?

South Vietnam further asks APETO to assist the real APETO members first, and the Communist scum after.

As most intelligent people would know, and I am by no means trying to say that the South Vietnamese delegate is intellignet, Russia suffered from nuclear explosions and pollution very extensivley, and thus could use the technology and experts that APETO has in order to clean it and restore the country. We are well aware that South Vietnam has little sympathy for Russia, not really knowing what it is like to be nuked extensivley, but I am sure we can fix that problem, and then perhaps South Vietnam will be more understanding

As a full member of the organization the CER would like to request, if not monitary help with reconstruction, then at least help with pollution clean up from nations such as Japan who have extensive knowledge and experience in the area, and hope that our request will be granted, unlike the previous one, for our patience is wearing somewhat thin.
