I have some worries about india being secgen. I would prefer Japan.

The Commonwealth doesn't mind India joining, nor Australia or Papua New Guinea - in fact we applaud the second greatly.
The CU backs Japan's nomination for SecGen of APETO.

South Vietnam and Thailand are not pleased with India's pornouncement of WMDs and the such that they have, and are considering switching their vote to Japan.

Australia thanks y'all for letting Australia join, and votes for Japan as SecGen. Australia also does NOT want to join any other nation, but Australia does request some funds, and possibly Barneys to help Australia rebuilt, and clean the Anthrax.
