APETO - [GoobNES01-Fallout]

No, we are not facists or racial supremists, we simply believe that the strong should get what they deserve. Natural selection made the human race what it is now, right?

Well we're certainly somewhat relieved at this statement. Will you defend SEATO if we're attacked by a far superior force?

Yes, of course, if I can get my military more beefed up anytime soon.

Well, if Japan won't support India joining SEATO then Japan will certainly have to share the burden of defending South Vietnam from the northern dictator/-aggressor. We'll have no Indian troops helping us out but that may be as well now, united we are strong. All of us who are SEATO members should send troops to South Vietnam.

Already the Commonwealth Union is leading a New Zealand - Malaysia - Thailand - other undisclosed nations- force into the breach. Please help us and less of our common blood will be spilt.

I've condemned India for what they did to Pakistan in the U.N.
India should be our friend once they relinquish Pakistan.

PS. Please send air force and naval units to South Vietnam as well. We should be far superior with the aid of the allies I've managed to rally together in terms of men and the south already outnumbers the north in terms of tanks more then three times. But contributing nations have only promised men, thousands of men but little in air and sea assests so it would be good...

thanks.

Thailand has no comment as to whether or not India should be let into SEATO.

Thailand is announcing that the rest of the formerly Burmese land is theirs, and they are sending troops in to "restore order" to those lands.

Thailand is also looking for any Nation who would be willing to sell it Nuclear Weapons, and is willing to pay a premium for them.

To Thailand,
If you attack the lands of Burma, I shall pull out from the military alliance between us.

To New Zealand,
I would like to request, as the Secretary-General of SEATO, that the troops you bring into the fight in Vietnam would not be under SEATO, but part of a UN coalition led by the Commonwealth Union.

Tun Abdul Razak,
Prime Minister of Malaysia

I second that. With the generous contribution of Malaysian troops to the cause of aiding our friends the better part of the force sent by SEATO is under Commonwealth command and it will remain as such.
This is a joint force led by the Commonwealth Union to aid South Vietnam with support in the U.N. and SEATO. We also expect troops from other locations such as Europe and other continents but there is some negotiation as to wheter these troops will be under independant command.

To: Thailand
From: The Commonwealth Union

We request that the gracious contribution from our good ally Thailand that your military contingent be placed under Commonwealth Union joint force with Malaysia, NZ and East Timor and possibly other states for increased efficiency.

To: The Phillipines
From: C.U.

Please send soldiers to help us fight the North Vietnamese aggressors.

Thailand votes aye to accept the USSR into this Organization.

Thailand announces that they are NOT attacking Burma, merely bring normality back to those areas which the NKE have yet to get their greedy paws on.

Thailand also laughs at the proposal to have its glorious and noble troops be led by some incompetant Kiwi General. They will be under Thai leadership, which is the best way for them to defeat the Red Evil! But they will work closely with your forces, and communicate with you.

OOC - damn I love Thailand! So nice and evil!

The Commonwealth Union-led joint force and the other armies will work closely together with Thailand and communicate. We appreciate your support and believe in your bringing order back into Burma, we hope you will hold elections when the land is back in order (that's one of the names for the land right?).

South Vietnam requests permission to join SEATO.

Thailand abstains on the matter.

OOC - Must . . . get . . . 2 . . . NPCs . . . in . . . SEATO . . .

Japan would you please send me a PM on what exactly you're sending and would you place them under C.U. joint command or go in independantly?

Australia, are you sending forces?

Phillipines, are you sending forces? Are you there!?
(Is #1 around?)

Please remember to bring a few ships and air planes so we can rip apart their navy and secure our shores.

thank you, with deep gratitude,
C.U. & South Vietnam

C.U., Australia may send forces later in the conflict, however, for now, we are preoccupied in Indonesia.
