Apolyton needs work IMHO. Their archives really suck,, no good downloads there, except for some half-ass fantasy maps. They need to make the site faster and get it together and stop posting news about the same damn thing!
How many times have they posted the poll about Civ:TOT being 11th or 13th!??
How about they quit and let CFC rule the civing world like we already do

It seems both sites have redeeming qualities. I've used Apolyton only a little bit since I found out about it this week, but they do have an informative base of knowledge in their 'Great Library'.
But... CFC is a better site overall, IMHO. In particular, the surfing speed is far smoother and faster at CFC. And since I go from 0 to livid in 1.5 seconds when a web page does not pop right up... it is not in my health interests to surf the Apolyton site.
