Arafat -- Why string him along?

the palistine people are doing so much terror attacks.
look g man or ice blaze are actually in danger it can happen that a a palistine comes into a restuaranst where iceblaze or g man is eating and that the terrorist would blowing himself up resulting in casualties.
i think that g man and iceblaze having a hard live in israel
look for 2000 years jews where people that should be killed
by many christians with his height the holocaust
in the history over 1000000 jews died(that is a much as our country population)in the crusades they where killed because they where the so called( killers of jezus)
what is not true(it where the romans who where corrupted)
they where the so called the source of the plague(what is also not true!)
and yeah wo2 (we all know that......)
finally they can live in their country but now they have to live everyday with palestine terror
i think that the jews have much courage and so i think that the jews ar now right to capture the terrorist and bring them to justice

First off how are you ,ICE BLAZE you undoubtly are somewhere in this mess? I would like to say I truly support PM Sharon's actions. Even though I think Bush is a great President I know he is acting in the interest of the United States. I live in the USA but I completely agree with Ariel Sharon. Arafat is a terrorist himself ,he is unfit to be a leader of any people.I think there has been way too much talk and no action so Mr. Sharon decided it is time for action.
I also think Mr. Bush has forgotten that he said this is a WAR ON TERRORISM for goodness sake. Isn't that what Isreal is fighting?
Isreal is doing the United States dirty work.We don't want to get involved in the Middle East but guess what we are fighting World Terror RIGHT?
Or is this"well its OK to fight terror in Afghanistan but when it comes to a major major deal like the middle east let's rethink this"
I WISH WE WOULD STOP ACTING LIKE WE ARE EVERYBODY's buddy, cause we're NOT.
Sooner or later these Palestinian terrorists, (who by the way do not like us either ) might find their way over here in America.
I PRAY for peace in the Middle East. These terrorists simply can not be negotiated with.

1. PALESTINE GIVE UP YOUR FIGHTING A LOSING BATTLE. There is no way ISREAL is giving the Palestinians Jerusalem HOW ABSURD!
2. ISREAL if you let up now it will be the same thing next month finish what you started. Sharon is the man for the job HARDCORE to the bone and unlike us not afraid to say "I DON'T CARE IF YOU LIKE ME OR NOT MATTER OF FACT I DON'T CARE IF THE WHOLE ARAB WORLD DOESN'T LIKE US ,WE EXIST , WE'RE HERE AND WE HAVE NO PLANS TO GO ANYWHERE.

...........Sorry so long just my 2 cents + about 2 dimes 3 nickels a couple of quarters and a barrel full of KICK BUTT
GO! ISREAL GO!
Then I , John, saw the holy city, NEW JERUSALEM coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying ,"Behold, the tabernacle of God is with menand He will dwell with them and they shall be His people.God himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes;there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain for the former things have passed away."

AMEN

yes mr bob or bib or whatever(sorry)
you are right
israel must get rid of every terrorist and save the innocent israelian people

Nice to see my point was totally missed.

First off, I agree with you Greadius.....peaceful resistance would be my choice, I like to think. I would hope that I would have the self control for it....something neither side there seems to have.

My point was that I don't believe that would be the course that many of our more nationalistic posters.

RM took my analogy far too literally.

The U.S. would withdraw? Lol. Come on.....use your imagination. Don't take the question so literally.

What if the UN told you that your homeland now belongs to your ancient enemy?

Lol. Look at me trying to get a conservative to use empathy.

Hmmm. Perhaps you could take "liberal" lessons from Pellaken. He may be a liberal, but at least he seems to be able to use the brain that God gave him.

The reason that RM, or anyone else who responded to it, can't take your analogy seriously is because it doesn't really make any sense. Until 1947, there was NO, and I repeat for emphasis, NO independent nation at that particular spot on the map. It was a British colony, which had been taken from the Turks after WWI. The Turks had it for hundreds of years, and before the Turks it was held by various Islamic Caliphates and Emirates (with a couple of exceptions from the odd Crusader). Oh, and before that were the Byzantines, the Romans, the Seluecids, Alexander's Empire, the Persians, Babylonians, and (at long last), the Kingdom of Israel. I suppose we could mention the Egyptians and the Phoenicians, if we really wanted to be picky.

Do you see ANY mention of "Palestinians," here? Didn't think so.

As has been mentioned before, the Jews who moved into the region in the late 1800's/early 1900's did so by purchasing the land they settled in.

I fail to see how your analogy makes any sense whatsoever.
