Donovan does the maps, I generate the lottery.

He ended up with a LOT of tiles because he picked a bunch that nobody else selected.

The RPG Managers have approved a relaxation on the tile preference listing limit. The old rule was that each player could list a maximum number of tiles equal to (total available/5). The new limit is (total available/5) OR 10, whichever is Higher.

Nobody has put in a preference for any water tiles. Maybe that's because people are unsure of what they are elligible for? If so, here's a list of the tiles elligible for purchase and the people who are elligible to purchase them:
