Are there any mods that remove defence bonuses?

at OP, removing defensive bonuses would probably be the last thing a modder try to do to this game. Some big mods may altered bonuses slightly based on terrain types. The idea of removing this entirely is ridiculous and, yes, I will tell you what I think. Mod it yourself if you want it, I seriously doubt anyone else will.
