In extenstion of the recent twist in my RPing, I will not be playing the Diamondeye character any more. I do, however, have a new character in mind and he needs the two rice pads and the money and houses Diamondeye owns, and I will still be using this acc (so no need to change the name).

Please remove one of the Katanas from my items (reason will fall shortly in RP).

Also, is it possible to gain access to (read: buy on auction) tiles with fish, clam and crab resources? I would be very glad if the answer is yes.

I would like to set up an Industrial Contractor Size Construction Company. However, I am unsure about how the construction business works from the game structure.

I would have a 4/1 ratio, which is apparently the best, but I don't understand who would buy...am I selling 4 hammers for 1 Y to the buyers, or 4Y for 1 hammer to the state?

I've realized everyone has been having trouble understanding the Construction Industry. Perhaps I have done a poor job explaining it or perhaps it is over simplistic. Once you purchase your Construction Company you simply sell your hammers to the construction market at the ratio set by your companies size. No actual citizen is buying your hammers. When Citizens create businesses the costs are added to the construction market. You sell your hammers to the construction market. It is as simple as that :) .

You are selling 1 hammer for 4 Y as an Industrial Contractor not the other way around.
 
Lord Civius, how does T&T development work? It seems that they are selling homes and other things to the people, but they are licensed as a Industrial Contractor.

They can sell Hammers to the construction Market at the ratio set by their size. They can also sell hammers to citizens to upgrade their house or build a new one. So in RP sense you could go buy 100 hammers and call it an Armory. They are just RPing the basic act of selling hammers to citizens.

Sindar, my brother, will recieve half of my fortune and my residence in Arete as well as any landgrants I may possess.

Terayi, my adoptive son, will recieve the other half of my fortune and my residence in New Giruvegan, aswell as the following items:
Hand Of Faith symbol,

Since the three main persons as well as Ora are deceased, the money will be split in this way:
Half of Diamondeyes money as well as his residence in NG and items: Terayi (The Prophet),
other half (passed through Sindars will to Ymiras will) to Sidohu along witht landgrants.

The Characters Sidohu and Terayi are both my own and are listed in the RPG signup.
