ARGH! (strategy guide)

Okay people.. I'm having a serious dilemma here;
What to put in a civ3 strategy guide.....
I mean.. damn it's much..
In about 15 minutes i typed in a (very preliminary) list of subjects, only to find that i forgot about strategic resources, luxury resources, government, wonders (great and small).
And i havent even gotten to the industrial ages yet!

I want to write a strategy guide, mostly consisting of things i've read on this forum (dont worry, credit will be given to ye bright minds) but put in a logical order, and covering pretty much anything, from creating the game to victory.. (no defeats in a guide, thank you very much). All of this for mere chieftain difficulty (Stuff up to deity can be added later).

Any hints, suggestions about what i should change in this order of subjects?;

Low level strategy;

1. Version + changes
2. who made this guide
3. what is the purpose of this guide
3.1. what I can and cant tell you
4. Grand strategy
4.1. Scientific
4.2. Militaristic
4.3. Diplomatic
4.4. Cultural
4.5. Economic
5. Tribes
5.1. List of tribes
5.2. The meaning of tribe specific abilities
5.3. Special units
5.4. Other tribe related issues
5.4.1. tribe locations + most probable neighbours
5.5. How to choose which tribe to play
6. The ancient age
6.1. First city
6.2. Expansion
6.2.1. Workers
6.2.2. Settlers
6.2.3. Defence
6.3. Reconnaissance
6.4. Research
6.5. Military
6.6+ Same thing for all the other ages

Any suggestions, clues, hints, posts to look at etc. would be _most_ welcome
