Ok here is the deal...I never had problems hosting games before... some info: I use Norton Firewall, I have no router, and have installed all correct drivers. I can host a game just fine and people can enter the room. When I launch however I am the only one who makes it to the next screen. Do I need to open ports and if I do how do I do that in Norton?? Also...XP firewall is disconnected and I have even tried disabling Norton for hosting to no avail.

The prelaunch game room is hosted on GameSpy (I believe), so people will have no trouble getting into the game room.

It definitely sounds like a port-issue. There's a sticky up top that explains what ports need to be opened. I've never used Norton's firewall so I can't help you with that.
