I have an external one that I can plug in. Supposedly the company that assembled the PC said they "couldn't find" any cases that had internal DVD drives anymore, what nonsense! Also I got CIV IV in one of the Humble Bundles that was on special. There were some other games there that seemed to include boxes with manuals.

They did have World of Warcraft III there the other week in the big box with one of the expansions. If I had money I would have gotten it.

I've built a few PCs in recent years and cases with DVD drives are indeed pretty much a thing of the past. I wouldn't be surprised if they couldn't find one, or if it wouldn't be financially viable to find one. Anyways, good find!

Seemed quite arbitrary, it was not a cheap PC build either as I had to get a large amount of storage too. They also let me order "custom" components in the build that were not actually compatible with each other. Would not use them again.

From their email:
Our custom build team has informed us of multiple issues with the build

1. The DVD drive is not supported, we need to remove it or change to an external DVD USB drive

2. The SilverStone FP32B-E Black 3.5" 4x USB 3 Front Bay needs to be removed, it's not compatible/lacks USB headers to work

3. We need to change that motherboard to a B450 as that CPU won't work with that current one selected (please let me know we can make a recommendation for one)

2nd one was a complete lie, there were USB ports on the top of the case!
