Attack the capital?

For me, the capital is not usually a priority, unless I am having difficulty taking the entire nation (which is the purpose for ANY war I wage). Otherwise, its just another city to trample under my feet on my way to global domination.

Sure, if it's an easy catch, Ill go for it though.
