Aussie Release date

Has any one heard an Australian release date yet?

According to idiots from EB (Australia) due date was 01/10/01 – I was told that 5 weeks ago. Games warehouse has on its web site 25/11/01. I believe EB (Australia) should have it by 14/11/01. If not – I want my money back you …!!!
