Austria crashes

My game with Austria keeps crashing on me on the same point.

Can anyone check if it happens for them too? Or is there anyway to debug? Is there an error-file?

The game always worked fine for me until now.

I just paused all units and ended the turn without any problems.

It made me realize I completely needed to re-install Civ IV, Beyond the Sword and RFC Europe

I had a similar problem when playing Portugal. At the end of the turn I get a CTD. No explanation from Windows. Any suggestions?
