Auto Domestic Advisor

Hi all

Is it possible to influence the order in which the domestic advisor builds city improvements when put onto auto ?

There are time when I really dont want it to build ports/barracks etc

Is there a text file which can be edited to do this or is it a little more complicated ?

I think there is an autobuild.txt that you can create. But i don't know if you can build units with it...
