auto hurry and queue line

hi. could somebody please tell me how i can automatically hurry every production that is to be completed? And also is there a way to create a queue list that every new city will follow?

How do I use the queue?
Shift-Click - Add to production queue.
Shift-Q - Save production queue as default.
Q - Load production queue with default.
Shift-Del - Removes all items from the queue.
Click-Del - Removes the item clicked.
