Autocracy: What the heck do I do with it?

I don't think I've ever unlocked any of the autocracy branch, for obvious reasons. It seems really silly to put a later, war-based SP tree when conquering the world and late SPs are basically mutually exclusive. :/

They aren't mutually exclusive if you puppet and/or raze. Puppeting isn't quite as bad after the patch.

It can still be hard to get the culture you need while also keeping up your science and producing the units and stuff, if you're running wars, even with puppets.

yeah that's a good point. conquering a bunch of puppets early using Honor, and then adding autrocracy later to continue the rampage would probably be a strong choice.
