Automated workers going to one tile island city.

I noticed following thing: automated workers tend to sit inside 1 tile island cities where is nothing to upgrade(as can be seen on screen) additionally they had to travel a "little" bit of way to get there. It's rather bug than feature for me.

Its something I've noticed as well, pretty much for as long as I've played IIRC. If you've got a large enough empire from warring I notice they'll also tend to sit in certain areas instead of flocking towards the ravaged lands of your new conquests.

Did the city have Prora? Maybe they were sent there on a vacation after working hard for 3000 years
