How the hell could you not get it below 4k? I simply resized it and got 1.33k:

I resized it also, but I could not get it below 4 kb either. I decided to cropit so that it would be a true 70 by70 avatar, so could you resize this, since I can only get it to 5k this time.

Thanks for that hint. But it does not seem to change too much for the program that I am using.

Use a higher compression. YOu wont notice much between 90% and 70% quality in an image this small

(Btw, I resized using Irfanview)
