Avatar of Dis bugged?

Whoa! I just played a game where the Sheaim summoned Meshabber of Dis - TWICE? Weird part was that it was in the holy city which had been captured by the avatar of wrath... I can't reproduce the bug though, since i'm 4 turns back...

I was sheaim, then hyborem. Man, you can really rack up the counter superfast in a quick game. I had the AC at 80 before i finally was able to research infernal pact.
