This ability allows you to use builder charges to speed up districts but I cant figure out how to use it. I tried putting the builder both in the city and the tile where I am building the district but I don't see the option. Anyone know how to use it?

Err it should definitely be there when the builder is in the same tile as a district under construction

Yeah look to the right I think there is an icon (a circle like one) with a plus on it. That is the one to use when your worker is on the district you are building. You must be actually be building the district not just have it placed there and be building something else.

Thanks I didn't look at that part of the screen, i only looked at the normal build options.
