Maybe this has been mentioned before, but I haven't seen it. In the Rise of Rome Conquest, the Bacchanalia wonder has the same effect as the Wall Street small wonder, generatign 5% interest on your treasury. I was suprised in a recent game to see I was getting interest income. I had recently built Bacchanalia, and as that was my only wonder at the time, I looked it up in the editor. Voila! It has the Earns 5% Interest flag checked, as well as the 3 happy faces. What an added bonus! [party]

Hmm, maybe it's to simulate all the alcohol taxes.... ;)

Yes, it's not in the Civilopedia, so I don't know if it's intentional, or something they added but forgot to document. The price puts it on par with Temple of Artemis, which is a quite powerful wonder (at least in this scenario, since it never becomes obsolete).

@Corsair - Sorry about that, but at least if you'd stop razing your cities, your people would be happier! After I capture them, that is.... ;)
(Corsair is playing Carthage in the current game I mentioned, where I am Rome)

Really? It's not in the civpedia. I wonder if it's intended. It probably is, since it costs 500 shields, more than double the Mausoleum at 220. Still, good to know!

The Mausoleum only affects one city. Bacchanalia affects all of your cities on the continent. It's more like a beefed-up JS Bach's than like the MoM.

really, I din't know that.. :hmm:
I remember bulding it on the last few turns so it had no effects, er, i mean, not enough to notice

There are other undocumented bennies. Like shakespears theater, acts like a hospital.

 all the times I built a hospital in my ST city!

ST works like a hospital? CURSE YOU UNDOCUMENTING CIVPEDIA  !!!!! So many shields down the drain!!

I didn't even know. At some point after I built the Bacchanalia i noticed that i had a good income but i thought it was just good empire management :)

The senguko conquests is even worse here. All the wonders have only about half of their actual benefits listed in the pedia.
