ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

American President Dewey has announced a new revival plan, called the Hyland Plan after its architect, Bishop Hyland. Under the plan, it is open to any nation that wishes to be a part of it, in order to help rebuild the shattered economies of the world.

Provisions

1. Aid in forms of food, loans, and medical supplies will be sent to nations that request the supplies.

2. The nation must not be at war with any nation

3. The nation must have a stable government, as to ensure the materials are not squandered.

4. Free trade between the country receiving aid and the United States must be respected.

5. If the United States finds any evidence the aid is being used to rearm a military machine, the USA will take appropriate action.

Any nation is eligible to sign up for the Hyland Plan, though the USA will note that areas hit the hardest by World War Two will be prioritized in the rebuilding. To sign up, each nation simply needs to announce signing up for the Hyland Plan. Let's work together for a better tomorrow.

Join the Federation of Nations (I'm actually a founding member, but who cares). Recive and distribute food, money, and medicine from the Hyland Plan. Start giving out loans so that people can start businesses again. Reopen the Autobahn for faster transportation, and keep the no speed limit. Generally, just try to rebuild my nation.

I won't get into details, but there is a TON of behind the scenes going on all over the place, that you guys won't know about until A. that person makes it public, B. end of the thread. even putting it in a spoiler ruins the story, and in which case you PM that.
