I played this one on Deity and it was indeed so much easier than the normal. It has taken maybe 3 hours for domination with Trebs + Rifles and then Cannons + Rifles. Rifles were updated CR2 Maces. Didn't need GM trade mission due to so many settled great prophets and afterwards capture money upgraded remainder of the army. AIs crawled through the tech tree. If they were in contact at least, it'd be different.
