Bag oder colossal cheat in 1.09 ??

After instalation of 1.09 patch (german ver.), (in scenario GreekWorld ) AI as CIV Persia in only 6 turns (year 560 - 530 bc) steals 12 towns and 24 bowmens !!!??? (see attachment).

There are many scripted events in that scenario. Are you sure it wasn't one of them? (BTW, this is a fan-made scenario that Firaxis included).

So many towns and whole Babylon civ (latter Greek’s also) flopped to Persians without conquering in only few turns. I don't see point.
