Balancing Great Generals

i always thought the Great General was one of the best great people to have... as is...

But if you build 1 archer and think you have a grand army... I can see your point!

a city with lots of settles GG's is nothing to turn your nose up at. GG's are awesome. attaching them to a unit is such a waste because only that single gains benefit. a settled GG gives +2xp to EVERY unit built in that city... think of it like this: 5 (or 11 like i once had ) settled GG's, west point, NE, Pentagon, Barracks, Vassalage, Theocracy. awesome war machine. nuff said.

There are still exceptions. For example, a Woodman III/medic III/morale jaguar warlord is much more than single gains benefit. Sometimes if you don't have much early war it's also hard to scratch out enough exp for West point, and I'd burn a GG for that. +4 exp from West point definitely beats a settled GG.

GG's are quite valuable, but I have given them the GA trigger to help them have a little extra value. This is part of my desire to balance Imperialistic. I also doubled jails and courthouses for Imp leaders, and so far that has worked very well. Played a game as Augustus (the best leader/civ combo in the game in my opinion) and it works like a hotcake. It's also really good for Joao, double Feitorias is a nice building.

Other trait Monkeying:

Expansive: 50% worker build bonus (not 25%).
Protective: Double production speed security bureau, Walls have 10 percent espionage defense in city, castles don't obsolete until chemistry.

I think every trait is now finely balanced in the game. I've also made slight changes to buildings and units, but those are few.
