Would someone be able to implement a Barbarian/2nd Neutral Faction (akin to the aliens that are also hostile to them, and everyone)? Basic concept would be for Oil/Steel has a chance to spawn a bandit camp (or something basically a group of individuals leftover from prior expeditions that maybe went native, and took control of a location to help survival or something) that as the game progress move to capture one of three affinity strategic to try and guarantee there survival via bargaining chip (if a in story reason is desired). A bandit units are limited to tier 1-2 units unless they get an affinity strategic in which case the garrisoning unit can upgrade itself after x turns to a tier 3 unit. If a bandit unit is on a strategic resource they are immune to miasma. Is this mod possible or just a pipe dream?
