Barracks / Airport in Map View Mod

I'm sure this is something that has been done. Can someone point me to a mod that shows whether a city has an barracks or airport in map view (ala CivIII) so I don't have to examine a city to find out if its got one or the other. Does this exist in BUG / BAT (which I just downloaded).

just hover over the city with the mouse, that shows what buildings/wonders are there.

Not yet. Apparently that requires an SDK change and so far BUG doesn't use the game's DLL. But it seems that's going to be added sometime in the future, and having the airport icon has been mentioned as something that will be included. Not so sure about a barracks icon though.

It sems to me the purpose of an Airport icon in Civ 3 was to indicate that the city was connected to the trade network, and since Civ 4 airports are not trade connections, but increase trade routes instead, what's the use of an icon to say there's an airport?

It would let you know you could airlift from that city.
