A necromancer is a wizard who specializes in death magic - raising the dead, Zombies, causing your limbs to get gangrenous, that sort of thing.

They can be tied to vampirism, too.

James Brown could have an Car of Evil. A converted missile. It can travell across a complete continent only to get arrested on inpact, (explode).

Gary Glitter could be in it with his secret weaon of luring children away to his apartment. I'm not sure how that would be implemented though.
