Beginning a scenario

Hi all!

I've a question: why when I begin a scenario, like the Europe Empire mod, for example, it always starts at 4000 B.C., and with only a city and the rest of the map still obscure?
The same happens with other scenarios I've tried (like Rome 200 A.D.)

Can anyone help me, pls? :/

Yes, but as I said in my previous post, the date (4000 BC) isn't the only problem.
Besides I think that these mods should have already set their proper date.
