Best city for china?

Playing as china I find it abit difficult to found decent city spots. I mean Wuhan is okay and all but overall it seems to be lacking in any ocean spots and drains from good coastal areas.

So what would you say are the BEST city spots for china if you want to pursue a historical victory?

oop sorry! Then in that case I'd also like to ask about Mali city spots. (since I suppose this is a topic about help for city spots)

I mean one south of starting point seems to work, aswell as Oshogbo but beyond that I'm confused
