More details about the game would be great. Is it going to be a PBEM? Has each player an own civ, or do players play one civ as a team, etc...

Sorry for the lack of hard details but the forum and game mechanics are still being ironed out. Basicly it is a multi-team Democracy Game with a large Role Play element. Aside from the strategy of the C3C game each member will have his/her own personal army along with a fully integrated economy in the RPG sub-game. Factions can also be created to add to the political strategy. This may lead to things like civil wars within the Civ Empires and Factions gaining control of multiple civs. It is a little early to post a link for attracting members, but anyone that wants to help in the final stages of its development are more than welcome.
