Best mod with real-world starting locations?

Is Dale's True Start Location the best mod for this? I really enjoy playing in each Civ's real world location on a map based on the Earth and while Dale's map is cool, I feel like it could use some improvements. For one, England and Japan don't have enough land and Persia always gets shafted b/c they start too close to Arabia. Also, there are way too many city states in Europe.

Any better mods or will I have to stick w/ this?

Also, I can't earn achievements when playing with mods, right?

Shrigg's map is very balanced and fun. I suggest you try it out.
