What was it called before?

I've been looking around in Pre G&K versions of the mod to see how it was done there but so far I havent found anything in the few backups of the mod I have.

"Culture bomb". As of vem 165-6. I don't know if that would work or not (I am about to test it) but calling it "hurry" confuses the engineer missions.
