Big enough map for 42 civs?

Has anyone played a modded map that is big enough to fit all 42 civs?

And maybe a better question, is there an active forum that focuses on mods that might be A better place for this type of question?

I used to have a mod that had I believe 2 maps larger than huge. Not sure if 42 civs would fit but considering the fact I can play a huge map with 6 civs and run into 2 other civs by turn 10 I'm betting it's possible.
