Just trying to make some levity after spending the last month talking to thier automated response system.
What is hillarious is the fact that there 'automated' system takes 2-5 days to send you are reply. Now, now, you might say that someone MUST be filtering through all of the support queries and choosing the proper information to send. BUT, I got all of my replies on the weekend.
They must have figured out a way to filter their responses. I sent three emails to the last response claiming my request was escalated telling them I can't wait to hear from someone...... But no response.
