How do you use Maps that are in .BIQ files?

No, I don't.

so where are all the .bic file maps???????

First,welcome to CFC. [party]:band:

For vanilla Civ 3 you have bic-files. These is the oldest standard for Civ 3.

For PTW (Play the World) you have bix-files. This is the second oldest standard for Civ 3.

For Civ 3 Conquests (C3C) you have biq-files. This is the newest standard.

So when looking for maps in bic format, you have to look in very old posts in the mapmaking-forum. Additionally a lot of these maps are included as scenarios with PTW. If you are lookin for bix-maps you have to look in older posts since 2005. Biq-files are the newest format. Of course it can happen, that someone had done maps for an older format later. You have to look about it in the mapmaker-forum.
